First reason, I am retired, so am doing this as a hobby. I visited an excellent international website recently, an Austrian company, great English pages but when I went to purchase, nobody at the firm spoke English, so no reply to my email order. Another lost sale. Do you reply to email enquires with 24 hours, this is the accepted standard for Internet customer service.
