Drachselsried is north east of Munich airport and reached by road in a little over an hour. It is small enough to have a strong sense of community and yet large enough to provide all amenities for both the permanent resident and the holiday second-home owner. Drachselsried, nord-östlich vom Flughafen München gelegen, kann mit dem Auto in gut einer Stunde erreicht werden. Es ist klein genug als Gemeinde mit hoher Wohnqualität, bietet aber andererseits alles was man zum täglichen Leben braucht, sowohl für die Einwohner als auch Zweitwohnung-Besitzer.
