Munich City Guide 2012

 Personal details

After managing an UK electronic manufacturing company (85% of the products were exported worldwide) for many years, I moved to Munich, working for American, German, English organisations and companies.

I thought it would be a good idea to bring details of the culture of Munich, where to stay, what to eat, where to find information, to a global audience. Munich has much to offer the visitor, traveler and resident.

The original Munich website was created in 1996 with Microsoft Notepad. The site has evolved into the current version over the years. This is a Munich City Guide, in English. I have added a Munich Map which shows downtown Munich with suggested places to visit.

I have just finished renovating a house in the Bavarian Forest, so am ready to start creating, developing and making things happen again.

Please feel free to email me if you have anything that might interest me. My background is in sales, marketing, product and opportunity creation. I now seem to have developed a lot of knowledge about website promotion, site maintenance, and undertake consultancy work.

I concentrate providing assistance for existing website owners to increase their Page Ranking in Search Engines and operating and maintaining RSS News feeds. You need to update or change data frequently, and somebody has to do it. This is an ideal outsourced function. You know how important Sitemaps are to the success of your website. I have created a help page on Squidoo with example of the different types of sitemaps. Creating Sitemaps and using
