What is a non-smoking website? Well simply put, it is a site that promotes non smoking facilities in restaurants, bars and hotels. Info. As from 1st January 2009, every restaurant will be non-smoking. Update. All restaurants are now smoke free, 80% of the German population are non-smoking, so it is about time.
