Munich 2023

 Background Information

History

The original website started in 1996 using a text editor. Things have changed over the last 27 years. The website was one of 100,000 websites, worldwide.

Digital Images

Early days of the Internet and website creation was all about connection speed. My first modem was 1.2Kb per second. Now 50Mb speed is normal.

Updates

As Internet speeds increased, more information and images was gradually added. Earlier it sometimes took more than 10 seconds for a page to load.

What I do

As I get older it sometimes is hard to find what to do with the extra time. I have many different hobbies, and have a full and active life style.

Challenges are great

There are summer hobbies and winter hobbies. Creating useful websites is a permanent hobby, in both summer and winter.
